The season can take a lot out of a goalkeeper. This 3-hour Black Friday camp is designed to help GKs get back to the fundamentals, rebuild confidence, and finish the year with focused, high-quality training. This camp will challenge goalkeepers through three key areas: 1. Technical Refresh Sharpen the fundamentals of goalkeeper technique, including handling, footwork, positioning, and movement. 2. Reflexes & Close-Range Shot Stopping Develop quicker reactions and the ability to make saves from short distances, including challenging reaction saves and point-blank situations. 3. Knockdowns & Box Scrambles Learn how to deal with deflections, knockdowns, rebounds, and chaotic situations inside the penalty area. Goalkeepers will be challenged to react, compete, and make the next save when the play breaks down. This is a fast-paced, competitive training environment designed to help goalkeepers reset after the season, refocus on the details, and sharpen the skills that matter most when the pressure is on.
