Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Pro Player GK camps, clinics, training packages, and services.

Camps & Clinics

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a credit toward a future Pro Player GK program, at our discretion.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Training Packages

• Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

• Unused sessions may expire if not used within the stated time frame.

Weather & Schedule Changes

• Programs may be rescheduled due to weather, facility issues, or safety concerns.

• If Pro Player GK cancels a session or event and cannot reschedule, a refund or credit will be issued.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pro Player GK may result in removal from future programs.
